Trips through late August
This winter, the rain and snow have been unrelenting here in California, but spring is in sight! With the Sierra snowpack sitting well above average (currently, over 160% of normal!), we are anticipating a lengthy and exciting rafting season this year.
For thrill-seekers, the high water conditions of May through mid-June will offer extra excitement. The summer months will be a prime time for family-friendly rafting, with the Merced River and Kings River projected to run until mid-August.
Enhance your Yosemite vacation with a class III+/IV adventure on the Merced River! The Merced River is the closest whitewater to Yosemite Valley, and our meeting spot is a short drive from Mariposa. 1/2 and full-day trips are available daily starting Saturday, April 6th.
An idyllic whitewater rafting wonderland, the Class III/III+ Kings River is perfect for first-timers and families. Riverside camping and meals may be added. 1/2, 1- and 2-day trips are available starting Saturday, April 27th.
We are confident that the 2019 rafting season will be one not to miss! Whether you are a seasoned whitewater enthusiast eager for some high water exhilaration, or a family looking for the perfect activity to make your summer vacation a special one, there will be something for everyone this year. Join us and experience the extraordinary!

If you are half as excited as we are about the above normal snow-pack in California, you can follow along by clicking the link below. Of course we do not expect you to check the link as often as we do because we are pretty obsessive after 3 drought years. But it is a great informational diversion when Facebook gets a bit boring. We hope the pink graph line keeps advancing on its upward trend, unlike the current U.S. stock market!
Recent storms have been splendid for California and we are excited about the possible approach of a true El Nino winter. About 160% of normal snowpack would be a great Christmas present for the Golden State, and would provide a fantastic whitewater rafting season in 2016.

Yosemite! One of the most dramatic and breathtaking parts of or planet. To enhance your trip, you must get out of that car and explore. Definitely take some hikes, make the drive to Glacier Point which overlooks Half-Dome and Tenaya Canyon, and consider rafting with us on the Merced River. Many people have told us that their whitewater trip was actually the highlight of their Yosemite vacation… and this makes us feel really good!
We offer both full-day trips and half-day trips daily starting in early April. Our season length depends on previous winters snowpack. Our full-day trips cover 16 miles of Class3-4 rafting and include lunch. Our half-day trips cover 11 miles and no lunch is provided. Our photographers will take photos of you rafting during the day, and you can preview these at the end of your trip.

Welcome to our new revamped, up-to-date website. Whew! We are now easily viewable on all mobile devices, which makes us feel really great! The electronic world changes daily, and trying to keep up is no easy task. But we did it! In the middle of a drought to boot! But, we are confident mother nature will bring abundant snow to the mountains of California this winter to provide for a great rafting season in 2015.
